Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study focused on the performance of Bachelor of Elementary Education graduates in Content Courses of University of Rizal System. The study was conducted at different school district of Rizal and District of Antipolo. The respondents were respectively 38 because of the location of the school the respondents were twenty (20) teachers from different school district in Rizal and Antipolo. The individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) of Bachelor of Elementary Education graduated were requested by the researchers to know their performance. The individual performance commitment and review form is composed of four aspects such as teaching learning process, pupil's outcome, community involvement for each aspect. The researchers get the performance of the BEEd graduates in Content Courses. The respondents were given questionnaire checklist to know their profile. The researchers used research design and documentary analysis since the study aimed to gather information that can help in the study. The main objective of the study is to find the performance of Bachelor of Elementary Education graduates in Content Courses of University of Rizal System. The researchers found out that the teaching performance of the Bachelor of Elementary Education graduates is effective as it is interpreted as very satisfactory. It was concluded that the feedback on the performance of Bachelor of Elementary Education graduates, all the respondents are performing well in the teaching profession with regards to teaching learning process, pupil's outcome and community involvement, in terms of professional growth and development the respondents attained a satisfactory rating because most of them are all teacher 1. Based on the summary of findings and conclusion drawn, the researchers recommended the following, teacher may enroll in the graduate school to advance their academic rank, teacher may attend seminars and trainings to enhance their teaching strategies and follow up study is highly recommended considering other variables.
