EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to revitalize Teodulo Q. Bernados Park of San Isidro, Tanay, Rizal. It was conducted in the school year 2016-2017. It sought to analyze the strength and weaknesses of the park of location accessibility, topography and site utilities. Also, it developed new designs for the park with different amenities such as pavilion, streetlights, restrooms, benches and tables, pergola, garden, viewing platform and parking. The study considered several factors in analyzing Teodulo Q. Bernados Park. In terms of location, placing street signs with the directions that will lead to the park which may help tourists in locating the place. For accessibility, land transportation is not a problem in the town of Tanay due to the range of available public transportations. For topography, elevating the site from 1.7 meters high to 2 meters to reduce the possible flooding. Based on the summary of findings, the site has to be filled by earth to be elevated and to cover the area. Planting trees and plants around the park and its vicinity will help protect the nature. Location, geographical features, accessibility, population and utilities were found advantageous to the community. Residents and tourist needs a safe, new and pleasing facilities where they relax and perform recreational activities in the area. Therefore it is concluded that, the study proposed revitalization plan for Teodulo Q. Bernados Park of San Isidro, Tanay, Rizal; a Feasibility Study attained its feasibility based on its objectives. The total project cost for the revitalization of Teodulo Q. Bernados park is P 49,955,336.77. It is recommended that the national and local government may allocate budget for the revitalization of Teodulo Q. Bernados Park. Also the said project may appoint people to be the staff to care, protect and maintain the appearance of the park. Also, it is recommended that putting street signs that leads to the park to make it easy to locate the park. The municipality of tanay, rizal may allocate funds to regulate the needs of water and electricity supply to operate the park. There will be a schedule for picking up the garbage whether it is biodegradable or non-biodegradable. There was also a plan to put better riprap and dikes to help water from not entering the park. For site utilities, water and electricity supply will be provided by the municipality of tanay. Telecommunications signal was also given focus in this factor.
