EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop E-Learning Application for Statistics. It was conducted at University of Rizal System-Morong Rizal during Academic Year 2017-2018. The researchers approached seventy three (73) respondents, the sixty (60) Students, seven (7) Mathematics Professors and six (6) I.T Professors were selected through purposive quota sampling technique. The system was designed and created using Android Studio and Java as programming language, Photoshop CS6 as photo editor, for the mobile-based application the researcher used Java Development Kit. The researchers found out that the developed system was very much accepted in terms of accuracy, applicability, user-friendliness, workability, completeness, portability, modifiability and clarity. Based on the findings and conclusions, the researchers recommended that the teacher can also use the application as reference for upcoming lessons most Statistics lessons can be found read in the book could also be found in the application. It can help the students easily achieve the effective learning from statistics subject using the E-learning Android Application on their Android phone.
