Online resources: Dissertation note: Thesis Bachelor of Technology major in Automotive Technology University of Rizal System-Morong. 2017 Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study entitled "Improvised Axle Bearing Remover and Installer" aimed to develop and construct the Improvised Axle Bearing Remover and Installer which can be use in the industrial work perception of the experts and end-users in terms of usefulness, durability, safety and maintenance and functionality. The questionnaire checklist was the major instrument used to gathering needed data. This study was conducted at University of Rizal System, Morong Campus at Sumulong St. Brgy. San juan Morong, Rizal during the school year 2016-2017. The researchers adapted and modified questionnaire checklist as the main instrument and was validated to determine the level of acceptability of the study. There were twenty (20) respondents of the study, five (5) professors from Automotive Technology, Five (5) mechanics as experts and twenty (20) end-users. Based on the analysis of the study, the researchers were able to design a well detailed assembly drawing, pictorial drawing and exploded drawing and constructed improvised axle bearing remover and installer out of locally available materials. Based on the results of the study the improvised axle bearing remover and installer was found out to be "very much accepted" in terms of usefulness, durability, safety and maintenance and functionality as perceived by the experts and end-users. Based on the summary of findings it was concluded that, there is no significant difference on the level of acceptability of an acceptability of an improvised axle bearing remover and installer in terms of usefulness, durability, safety and maintenance and durability. Based from findings, the researchers recommended that the device should have wheel to be able to move and transfer easily from one place to another and adding of channel steel in bottom frame and add a plate and hole to guide for the axle shaft.
