This study was conducted in University of Rizal System Morong Laboratory School during the School Year 2016-2017 with Eighty four (84) or one hundred percent (100%) of the population of Grade 10. Descriptive and documentary analysis of research were employed in the study which utilized the average grade to determine the mathematics performance of grade 10 students with respect to different subject areas; Number Sense, Patterns and Algebra, Geometry, and Statistics and Probability. The given result were computed and interpreted using the appropriate statistical treatment. mean and standard deviation were employed to determine the level of Mathematics performance of the students. one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was applied to determine the significant difference in the level of mathematics performance of the students. The findings showed that the level of mathematics performance of the respondents in terms of Number sense and patterns and algebra was good during the school year 2015-2016. In terms of Geometry, and Statistics and Probability were Very Good in School Year 2013-2014 and School year 2015-2016 while Outstanding during school year 2014-2015. In addition with the above findings it showed that there is significant difference on the level of mathematics performance of the grade 10 students for the last three years as revealed by their average grade in different subject areas since the obtained p-value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 level of significance, hence the null hypothesis is rejected. Based on the findings, the study concluded that the grade 10 students obtained a very good performance in Number Sense, Patterns and Algebra, Geometry and Statistics and Probability. Along the line, it is recommended to encourage the pupils to establish study habits that help them improve their abilities to master and retain the lesson and also to create relevant teaching methodologies that will help the students to improve their mathematics performance. parallel study may also be conducted using other variables.
