This study was conducted at University of Rizal System Senior High School during the school year 2018-2019. The respondents were fourty-one (41) students and nine (9) Teachers at University of Rizal System Morong, Rizal. The research design used was descriptive and development form of research because it attains the desired evaluation and it utilize adapted questionnaire to evaluate the level of acceptability of the developed program. It also utilized from different source and topics related to the study. The researchers used MIT App Inventor2 as the programming language. With regards to the statistical tools used, weighted mean was used to determine the level of acceptability as perceived by the respondents in terms of accuracy, applicability, user-friendliness, workability, completeness, portability, modifiability, and clarity; and the independent t-test to find out if there is significant difference on the perception made by two groups of respondents on the acceptability of the program. After gathering the necessary data, findings showed that the acceptability of the program revealed to very much accepted as revealed by the teachers and students for it obtained a high value of weighted mean of four point fifty seven (4.57) and four point fifty three (4.53) respectively which proves and accepts the null hypothesis that there is no significant difference on their perceptions in terms of the variables used.
