EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop the "Municipality of Morong Management Information System" and to test its acceptability. The Municipality of Morong Management Information System was developed through gathering information, Visual Basic 2012 was used as the programming language, My SQL was used for the database of the program. The study was undertaken at the Municipality of Morong, Rizal during the Academic Year 2018-2019. The researchers purposively chose forty/(40) Employee from the municipal staff and ten/(10) IT professionals. In this study, the researchers used the descriptive and developmental method of research; it also utilized the adopted questionnaire checklist of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) to evaluate the level of acceptability of the develop program in terms of accuracy, applicability, user-friendliness, workability, completeness, portability, modifiability and clarity. The develop program was found accepted by the respondents as the result of the survey for the proposed system is verbally interpreted as "Perfectly Acceptable". It is found as very helpful tools for each employee and also for the whole organization. Based on the summary of findings the proponents concluded that the develop system was very much accurate, applicable, user-friendly, workable, complete, portable and modifiable. The proponents highly recommended their develop system to be used by the Municipality of Morong in order to have an accurate and efficient way of giving service to their clients/employee as this tool will not only be beneficial to their employee but also to the whole community. Also, output to the studies may serve as reference for the future researchers. Follow-up study should be conducted for further enhancement of the application.
