Online resources: Dissertation note: Thesis Bachelor of Science in Psychology University of Rizal System-Morong. 2019 Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study was conducted with the aim of determining the level of life satisfaction of teachers handling SPED students in selected schools of Rizal specifically inMorong, Cardona and Binangonan during school year 2018 - 2019. This study used purposive sampling technique, the experts content validated the questionnaire checklist and was distributed to the respondents and was retrieved for data treatment. Specifically, the study determined the profile of respondents through frequency, percentage and rank distribution. To determine the level of life satisfaction of the respondents, mean was used.To determine the significant difference on the level of life satisfaction of the respondent in terms of their profile, ANOVA was used. Based from the findings of the study, the respondents are mostly female, married, 26-30 years old with monthly family income of 21,000-30,000, masters' degree with units earned and served the school for 6-10 years. The level of life satisfaction of the respondents is high. There is no significant difference on the level of life satisfaction of the respondents with respect to the different aspects in terms of their profile. In the light of the findings and conclusion drawn, the following are hereby recommended, the school may provide trainings and seminars that could empower and enhance the skills and capabilities of the teachers handling SPED students.Better working place may be provided by the school to SPED teachers.Tools and other resources may be provided by the school to enhance handling of special education students.The province may benchmark to other localities and schools that have best practices in handling SPED students.Parallel studies may be conducted using other variables.
