The respondents of the study were the implementers and beneficiaries of alternative learning system in cardona, rizal. The subject of this study consisted of five (5) implementers and ninety (90) beneficiaries. A researcher-made questionnaire checklist was used as the main instrument to gather data and information. This study used the descriptive method, since its chief purpose is to determine the extent of implementation of the respondents on als with respect to the different aspects. The statistical treatment used was mean to determine the extent of implementation of the respondents on als with respect to the different aspects. After the data have been gathered, these were analyzed and interpreted. With respect to planning and management as perceived by the mobile teachers was verbally interpreted as "very much implemented" while the beneficiaries general average was verbally interpreted as "much implemented". With respect to instructional materials used as perceived by the mobile teachers was verbally interpreted as "much implemented while the beneficiaries' general average was verbally interpreted as "much implemented". For the summary of findings, the beneficiaries on alternative learning system have different levels of learning but they proved that all of them have the same goal to achieve the knowledge they need to learn therefore all of the beneficiaries on alternative learning system have learned different knowledge, but even if they have a different levels of learning they are aware on the implementation of alternative learning system because of the different programs they offer and lastly the mobile teachers had a great work through the implementation of alternative learning system, because even those others who cannot continue the programs, there are those who finally graduated and proves that there's no impossible when give it a try on the things that want to achieve. The researchers recommended to allocate more funds for the program through the assistance of local government and other government entities, conduct parallel study on alternative learning system considering other variables and other group of beneficiaries and intensify advocacy and social mobilization with the emphasis on bringing to public attention the manifold benefits of various programs and projects of the alternative learning system.
