There were thirty (30) students and five (5) experts of university of rizal system - morong campus who were involved in the study. The researchers determined the significant difference on the potential vigna unguiculata (l) walp (string beans) as alternative beverage to coffee in terms of the given variables as perceived by the two groups of respondents using t-test. The study was conducted to determine the potential of vigna unguiculata (l) walp (string beans) as alternative beverage to coffee during the school year 2018-2019 in the university of rizal system - morong campus. On the potential of vigna unguiculata (l) walp (string beans) as alternative beverage to coffee as evaluated by the two groups of respondents with respect to clarity, strength and body, flavor and aroma was verbally interpreted as very much accepted. In terms of clarity was strength and body was verbally interpreted as very much accepted, while flavor and aroma was verbally interpreted as much accepted. On the potential of vigna unguiculata (l) walp (string beans) as alternative beverage to coffee as perceived by the respondents, was verbally interpreted as liked by very much.
