Online resources: Dissertation note: Thesis Doctor of Philosophy major in Educational Management University of Rizal System-Morong 2015 Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study was conducted to evaluate the change in leadership and the performance of the secondary schools in the division of antipolo city during the school year 2004-2005 to 2013-2014. Descriptive qualitative survey design was utilized in the study using the validated researcher-made questionnaire checklist and documentary analysis as tools in gathering data related to change of leadership and the performance of the schools in the division of antipolo city. Focus group discussion was also used to support the validity of the data gathered in the study. It was conducted in the division of antipolo city with seven big schools that undergone two to three successions of leaders for the school year 2004-2005 to 2013-2014. The following schools are consist of, antipolo national high school, mayamot national high school, san isidro national high school, san roque national high school and san jose national high school. While, the respondents of the study were composed of 262 teachers and staff respondents from the said schools and they were chosen using the random sampling technique. The teacher respondents were composed of master teacher, head teacher, department chairman, teacher I, II and III. To interpret the data, mean, frequency and percentage distribution were utilized to determine the performance of the schools in the division of antipolo city under different school heads with respect to the different indicators such as: national achievement test, droupout rate, professional growth, prgrams and projects, relationship with the community; and linkages.
