Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Mathematics major in Computer Science) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study entitled "UNIVERSITY OF RIZAL SYSTEM CORPOTATE BUSINESS AFFAIRS MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM" was conducted at University of Rizal System during the academic year 2017-2018. This study aimed to develop and improve the existing system of Corporate Business Affairs in University of Rizal System. The purpose of the study is to help the administrators and CBA Staff to ease their works regarding the different existing processes in the Corporate Business Affairs namely ordering, reservation, monitoring inventory and generation of reports. It also benefits the students, administrators and staffs of the Corporate Business Affairs among all URS Campuses. This study used the descriptive research method, specifically developmental stud and documentary analysis. It utilized the modified adopted questionnaire checklist as the tool for gathering data and information for the study. This research method was appropriate for the study because it solely needed to know and acquire all of the information gathering the nature of the situation of the existing processes during the conduct of the study. It also answers the problems encountered by the administrators of the Corporate Business Affairs of University of Rizal System in the manual type of processes and seeks for solutions to such problems. The ten (10) Corporate Business Affairs, two (2) University CBA staffs, and two (2) Additional CBA Staff as the first group of respondent; (10) Information Technology experts in Morong Campus as the second group of respondents; and sixteen (16) students as the third group of respondents, a total of forty (40) respondents and to be selected through random sampling technique. Qualitative analysis and weighted mean were used as a statistical treatment of the study. PHP 5.0, My SQL, HTML, CSS. Apache and XAMPP served as the application software and programming languages that were used for the development of the software to make the developed program more convenient and easy to use. The findings revealed that the developed program is very much accepted in terms of accuracy, applicability, user-friendliness, workability, completeness, portability, modifiability and clarity and there is no significant difference on the level of acceptability of the developed program as perceived by the respondents. Based on the findings, the researchers found out that the developed program is accurate, applicable, user-friendly, workable, complete, portable modifiable and clear. It is highly recommended that University of Rizal System Corporate Business Affairs should adopt the developed University of Rizal System Corporate Business Affairs Management Information System.
