Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Elementary Education in Content Courses) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the Performance of Bachelor of Elementary Education in the Licensure Examination for teachers in the SY 2016-2017. The respondents were described in terms of sex and year graduated. In determining the level of performance in the licensure examination for teachers (LET) The study used descriptive method of research utilizing documentary analysis using questionnaire-checklist and the rating from the professional regulation commission towards determining the level of performance of the respondents a tool in collecting the needed data. There were 224 respondents in the study which is the 100% of the total number of graduates of Bachelor of Elementary Education in the University of Rizal System-Morong from the school year 2013-2017, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016. The findings shows that the majority of the majority of the respondents were female and graduates of SY 2014-2016. Moreover, on the level of performance of the respondents in the Licensure Examination for Teachers it was found out that both General Education and Professional Education obtained 75.36 and 75.14 respectively and verbally interpreted as satisfactory. Other findings showed that the significant difference on the level of performance on the Licensure Examination for Teachers of the respondents with respect to General Education and Professional Education in terms of sex, obtained a p-value of 0.528 and 0.085 which is greater than.05 level of significance, thus hypothesis was failed to reject and not significant. Hence, it was found out that the figure out the significant difference on the level of performance of the respondents in terms of year graduated with respect to General Education was significant since the obtained p-value is 0.00086 and does not exceed at .05 level of significance. While, with respect to Professional Education the p-value obtained was 0.993 and exceed at .05 level of significance which failed to reject the hypothesis and it was verbally interpreted as not significant. From the analysis of data, the following conclusions were formulated: Teaching Professions is dominated by female. Students in the College of Education can pass the Licensure Examination for Teachers and year graduated determined the rate of passing students in the LET specifically in General Education. Based on the findings and conclusions drawn in the study the following recommendations were made. Conduct Learning Proficiency and Development (LPAD) plan for implementation in the college. Conduct parallel study considering other variables or parameters and send teachers to seminars and trainings in General Education subjects.
