Online resources: Dissertation note: Thesis Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Social Studies University of Rizal System Pililla Summary: This study entitled "Violations of Land Transportation and Traffic Code (R.A 4136) of the Tricycle Drivers in Tanay, Rizal, Calendar Year 2017. The study utilized the descriptive method of research. The respondents were 376 total members of Tricycle Operators and Drivers' Association (TODA) or 100 percent in Tanay, Rizal, The instrument used in this study was composed of two (2) parts Part 1 is pertaining to the profile of the respondents in terms of age, monthly family income, highest educational attainment, and civil status. While part two composed of licensing, registration, plate number, equipment, parts, and accessories. A questionnaire-checklist was validated by the experts. The problems were treated using the frequency, percentage, and rank, and average weight mean. The findings of the study revealed that: with respect to the profile of the respondents, in terms of age, most of the respondents are 31-50 and below, high school graduates, married, and with a monthly family income of 5,000 and below. With regards to the level of violations on Land Transportation and Traffic Code (R.A 4136) of the tricycle drivers in Tanay, Rizal, it was revealed that much aware of their violations with respect to licensing, registration, plate number and stickers, equipment parts and accessories in Tanay, Rizal. There is a significant difference in terms of age, and civil status, while there is no significant difference on the highest educational attainment, and monthly family income of the respondents.
