EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The main purpose of the study is to develop and determine if the Technetronic Modular Board is an effective instructional material in teaching electricity. The evaluators of the study are composed of three professors from the CIT and two professors from the CoEng. The respondents were thirteen students from the CIT who were given a pre-test and Post-test to determine their level of performance before and after exposure to the Technetronic Modular Board. The study employed descriptive-developmental and experimental method of research utilizing a researcher made test to determine the level of performance before and after exposure to the Technetronic Modular Board. Qualitative discussion, mean and independent t-test were the statistical tool used to answer the problems of the study. To determine the level of performance of the respondents before and after exposure to the Technetronic Modular Board mean was used. To determine if there is a significant difference in the level of performance of the respondents before and after exposure to the Technetronic Modular Board, the dependent t-test was used. The obtained mean of the level of performance of the learners after exposure to the Technetronic Modular Board in the lessons Electric Circuit, Ohms law, Capacitive and Inductive, Series and Parallel, Power Supply and Transformer were higher that the obtained mean before exposure. With respect to the result of the p-value of the level of performance before and after exposure to the Technetronic Modular board, it is evaluated that there is a significant difference in the level of performance of the learners before and after exposure since the all obtained p-value with respect to the different lessons were lower than 0.05 level of significance, hence the null hypothesis is rejected. Based on the findings and conclusion drawn, the following recommendations are offered. Utilization of the Technetronic Modular Board in the teaching of electricity may be proposed for Technology and Livelihood education and Bachelor of Technology students, Improvement of the Technetronic Modular Board by adding electrical components not present in the board could be considered in the process of upgrading the feature of the device and conducting parallel study considering other variables for the improvement of the Technetronic Modular Board.
