This is an undergraduate feasibility study titled Production of Oregano (Origanum vulgare) Hand Sanitizer in Barangay Imatong Pililla, Rizal. The proposed business name will be Kalabo Hand Sanitizer, a term coined from the common Filipino term of oregano. Also, used to be easily remembered by the customers. The organizational structure of Kalabo Hand Sanitizer will be line type which is composed of managers/owners, production staff and delivery rider. This shall be used because it is the simplest method. This business will be in the form of partnership in which the owners will take part of all aspects of the business including the production and operation of the business. The target market of the Kalabo Hand Sanitizer are the people in Pililla Poblacion with 7,272 households in 2022. The hand sanitizer will be produce in 500 ml and 50 ml bottles that will be distributed through resellers and retailers. The selling strategy of the business will be personal selling and direct marketing. The proposed business will be established in V. Flora Street Barangay Imatong Pililla, Rizal. The location has an area of 24 square meters which will be rented amounting to 1, 500.00 per month. Kalabo Hand Sanitizer will operate from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm from Mondays to Fridays. The proposed business requires an initial capital of ₱400,000.00 based on the computed requirements of establishing the business. This will cover all the expenses and equipment to be acquired as well as the furniture, fixture and the ix cash needed. The proponents will contribute ₱136,000.00, ₱132,000.00, and ₱132,000.00 respectively to finance the initial capital investment of the business. The proposed business has an expected Return on Asset of 17% on the first year and the payback period of the business will be 11 months and 13 days to make a return. The business will not only be a profit-oriented but will contribute to the economic development of Pililla, Rizal as it will provide employment for the people and in the oregano industry and it will also support other micro business enterprises in the community.
