The researchers used descriptive methods in the research. It involves the use of a questionnaire survey and instruments in gathering employees from Pililla, Rizal. The major instrument used in this study was the researchers made questionnaire checklist which underwent validation from experts. Part I dealt with the profile of the respondents in terms of sex, age, civil status, average monthly income, educational attainment, and employment status. Part II dealt with factors affecting the work performance of the employee's concerning knowledge of the job, ability, compensation, and motivation. The data gathered were treated statistically using frequency, percentage and rank distribution, weighted mean, and F-Test (One Way ANOVA) Based on the summary findings majority of the respondents is male, 25 years old and below, single, received an income ranging from Php 10,001 - 15,000, college graduate, and contractual worker. Concerning the factors affecting the work performance of the employees in Robinson Easy mart Pililla, Rizal the respondents strongly agree in terms of knowledge of the job, ability, compensation, and motivation respectively. The study shows that there is no significant difference in the extent of the factors affecting the work performance of the employees in Robinsons Easy mart Pililla, Rizal to the knowledge of the job, ability, compensation, and motivation in terms of sex. The study concluded that most of the employees working in Robinson Easy mart PIlilla, Rizal were adult men and contractual workers. Also, that employees working in Robinson Easy mart strongly agree that compensation factors greatly affect the working performance in Robinson Easy mart Pililla Rizal, and lastly there were no significant differences in the extent factors affecting the work performance of the employees in Robinson Easy mart Pililla, Rizal concerning Knowledge of the job, Ability, Compensation and Motivation in terms of sex, age, civil status, average monthly income, educational attainment and employment.
