This study aimed to explore the lived experiences of the selected millennial parents from the selected towns in province of Rizal such as; Tanay and Pililla. The study was conducted using descriptive-qualitative research method, specifically phenomenological approach with thematic analysis. The respondents were composed of fifteen (15) selected millennial parents residing in selected towns in the province of Rizal such as Tanay and Pililla Rizal. A face-to-face interview using researcher-made questionnaire, that underwent expert validation, were conducted. The data collected were recorded and analyzed. The results showed lived experiences of millennial parents are blended with the advantages and disadvantages, relative to the positive aspect such as, their child is most likely as a friend, maturity expedited, understand their child's behavior and being lenient. On the other hand, the disadvantages are, unrealized dreams, priority changes, blur boundaries being a parents and a friend, force to do menial jobs for laborer and not ready to be a parent. Furthermore, it was revealed the bonding strategies to strengthen their relationship with their children were going out to eat, shopping clothes or gadgets, road trip, internet or gadget usage, serve God and cook for the family.
