Online resources: Dissertation note: GSTHESIS Master of Arts in Education Major in Educational Management university of Rizal System Rodriguez, Rizal Summary: The research study focused on the performance of thirty (30) Master Teachers in instruction and supervision in selected public elementary schools in District III, Quezon City during the School Year 2021-2022. The respondents of the study were selected through purposive sampling from the three (3) large schools namely: Old Balara Elementary School (10), Balara Elementary School (11) and Quirino Elementary School (9). The study determined the profile of the master teachers, their performance in the different key result areas stipulated in the Individual Performance Review and Commitment Form, and the issues and concerns they have encountered while doing their tasks. The data gathered were interpreted, analyzed, organized, summarized using quantitative and qualitative methods and were processed through the SPSS Version 25 with the assistance of the University Statistics Center... The findings of the study revealed that majority of the Master Teachers belong to the age bracket of 46-50 years and most of them are female. In terms of position, many of them are Master Teacher I and have been in the service for more than twenty years. Moreover, one third of them have been teaching as a master teacher for more than a decade with 6 loads and most of them have an area of specialization in General Education. In terms of their qualifications, one third of master teachers have taken master's degree units. Aside from teaching, Master Teachers also work as Master Teacher (MT)-in-Charge in different Grade Levels and mostly got an Outstanding Performance.
