Online resources: Dissertation note: UGTHESIS Bachelor of Science in Community Develpment University of Rizal System, Rodriguez, Rizal Summary: This study aimed of determining the needs RPALESYSTEMU IVERSITY OF TRICAL assessment on out of school youth programs in Barangay Rosario Libis Rodriguez Rizal. The 50 selected persons were taken as respondents utilizing simple random sampling design. The study ought to answer the profile of respondents in terms of sex, civil status, age, educational attainment, year of residency, religion, no. of family members, no of earners in the family, monthly income of the family and monthly expenses of the family. As the profile of the respondents there are more male respondents than female with a frequency of 35 or 70%. In terms of civil status most of respondents are married with a frequency of 30 or 60%. In terms of age majority of the respondents were adulthood which belongs to a bracket of 18 to 21 years old with a frequency of 34 or 68%. In terms of educational attainment most of the respondents are high school graduated with a frequency of 33 Or 66%. In terms of respondent's year of residency in the subjected community generally most of the respondents stay for almost 10 to 19 years with a frequency of 45 or 90%. With regards to the respondents' religion majority are Roman Catholic with a frequency of 42 or 84%. Study shows that in terms of respondents' number of the family members, family with 5 members has frequency of 11 or 22% which is the majority. In determining the problem of the community the survey reveals that the respondents' number of earner in the family there were 2 members of it were working with the frequency of 20 or 40% and that specify the majority. With regards to the monthly income of the family of the respondents surveys found out that 7,000.00 pesos and above with the frequency of 32 or 64% is the majority. The respondent's profile in terms of monthly expenses of the family which is 7,000 pesos and above has a frequency of 36 or 72%.
