This study aimed to determine the implementation of disaster preparedness programs at Sitio Libis Barangay Rosario Rodriguez Rizal. There are one hundred twenty (120) selected respondents utilizing simple random sampling design. It was conducted at Sitio Libis Barangay Rosario Rodriguez, Rizal. The study ought to answer the profile of the respondents in terms of sex, age, length of stay, total monthly income, the extent of implementation on the residents and if there is a significant difference between the profile of the respondents and the implementation of disaster preparedness programs at Sitio Libis Barangay Rosario Rodriguez, Rizal. As to the profile of the respondents in terms of sex, there are more male respondents with the frequency of 64 or 53.33% than the female respondents. In terms of age, majority of the respondents belong to the bracket of 26 to 30 with a frequency of 60 or 50%. In terms of length of staying, majority of the respondents belong to the bracket of 10 years and above with a frequency of 46 or 38.33%. With regards to total monthly income majority of the respondents belong to the bracket of 6,000 to 10,000 with the frequency of 60 or 50%.
