This study aimed to sesess the implementation of health program in Barangay San hide Podriguez, Real. There are 50 selected respondents who were simple randomly selected by the researchers. It was conducted in Berangay San Isidro Rodriguez, Rizal As to the profile of the respondents in terms of sex, that 9 of 18% of the respondents are mate and 41 or 82% are female. In terms of age, majority of the respondents belong to the bracket 30-34 with the frequency of 12 or 24 percent. In terms of civil status, majority of the respondents is in married with a frequency distribution of 30 of 78 percent. In terms of monthly income, majority of the respondents earn P1, 000 to P5, 000 with a frequency of 27 of 54 percent. In terms of number of family members, majority of the respondents belong to the bracket 4 to 6 members with the frequency distribution of 21 or 42 percent. With regards of educational attainment majority of the respondents are clementary graduates with a frequency distribution of 24 or 48 percent. As to the implementation of health programs in Barangay San Isidro Rodriguez, Rizal the average mean is 3.22 and has a verbal interpretation of fairly agree, This, there is no significant relationship between the respondents and their perceptions on implementation of health programs in Barangay San Isidro Rodriguez, Rizal when they are grouped according to their profile.
