Community organizing is a process where people who live in proximity to each other come together into an organization that acts in their shared self-interest. This practice method prepares students to promote social action and change at the community level as well as to develop cohesion among formal and informal organizations and individuals. It involves helping persons to improve their capacities to perform various community roles, articulate needs, and mobilize people and resources. It is a great privilege to work as a Practicumer in a Foundation, through this, the Practicumer became flexible and she has the opportunity to assess the people with their needs and behavior and have the chance to build rapport with the key persons in the community. The Practicumer conducted a survey for community needs assessment in a small area that was premise of the parish. Through that survey, the Practicumer got information about the status of children and women that is being abuse and status of families in terms of social, education, health and economic aspects. This compilation contains all the Practicumer's learning experiences.
