The data given answered was from the staterment of the probien were the observed results are carefully analyzed and interpret The respondents involved were Human Resource Managers, Accountart Manager and employees in different four private companies around Manila The researchers guided carefuly and established rapport relationship to the respondents to answer the validated questionnaire checklist and guided interview Questions to get the most excellent idea of the respondents but sometimes being straight forward of asking some related questions to have further ideas that they want
