Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Science in Mathematics major in Computer Science) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study aimed to develop the Geotreatric: An Interactive Application for Geometry. This was conducted at Morong National High School during the academic year 2017-2018. The researchers used a Game maker studio for creating the application and finalizing the animation of the program with the help of Adobe Photoshop for editing the image and all the visual appearances needed in the program, and F.L studio for the sound track or music that were applied in the program. After developing the program, the researchers conducted an evaluation for the program, the one hundred (100) respondents students from grade 7 to grade 10 composed twenty five (25) students from each level from Morong National High School and thirteen (13) Mathematics teachers from Morong National High School and seventeen (17) Information Technology (IT) professors from University of Rizal System Morong Campus which were selected through convenience sampling technique. To determine the level of acceptability of Geotreatric: An Interactive Application for Geometry in terms of accuracy, applicability user-friendliness, completeness, workability, portability, modifiability and clarity, weighted mean was used. T-test was used to find the significant difference on the perception of the respondents on the level of acceptability. The result of the Geotratric: An Interactive Application for Geometry in terms of accuracy, applicability, user-friendliness, completeness, workability, portability, modifiability, and clarity is found to be acceptable as a system in whole for it obtained an average weighted mean of 4.44 for the students and 4.69 for the IT professors and Mathematics Teachers which both have a verbal interpretation of "Very much accepted". On the other hand it was statistically found out that there is significant difference on the perception of the two groups of respondents on the developed program. The result implies that there is significant difference on the evaluation of the students and IT professors and Mathematics teachers on the level of acceptability of the developed Geatreatric: An Interactive Application for Geometry in terms of Accuracy, Applicability, User-friendliness, workability, portability, and clarity. On the other hand, there is no significance on the level of acceptability of the developed Geotreatric: An Interactive Application for Geometry in terms of completeness and modifiability. Based on the summary of findings and conclusions, it was recommended that the developed program be useful to the students in learning about the selected topic in Geometry while using their android phone that, the developed program be adopted as a motivational application tool in learning the selected topics in Geometry furthermore, follow-up study may be conducted for further enhancement of the developed program or improvement of the systems including other topics in Geometry.
