Summary: Executive Summary: The thesis entitled developing of Young Coconut Peeling Machines Using Electro-Pneumatic Actuator is a combination of the operating principles and systems of both mechanical and electrical engineering. In mechanical engineering foundation system, it includes machine design, strength of materials, machines elements, machines shop theory and practice, material testing, safety and maintenance engineering. In electrical engineering foundation system, it includes AC and DC machinery, instrumentations and control and basic elementary electrical engineering. Likewise, the researchers utilized developmental and descriptive research designs on the study to determine the acceptability of the Development of a Young Coconut Peeling Machine. Development of Young Coconut Peeling Machine Using Electro-Pneumatic Actuator was designed to provide an easier and more comfortable way of peeling coconuts with aid of electrical and mechanical aspect. This machine was made as user-friendly for an easy and safe use of the device. The Study aimed to develop and construct a semi-automatic process of Young Coconut Peeling Machine and determine the level of acceptability of developed device based on the elevation made by the groups of respondents in terms of its functionality, usefulness, safety features and maintenance. The study was conducted during the second semester of the Academic Year of 2017-2018. In determining the level of acceptability the researchers based the evaluation made by the respondents in terms of functionality, usefulness, safety features, and maintenance. Based on the experimentation and evaluation made by the respondents on the project, the Development the Young Coconut Peeling Machine using Electro-Pneumatic Actuator was designed, developed and complete. The study was found very much accepted as evaluated by the respondents in terms of functionality, usefulness, safety and maintenance. As perceived by the respondents, in terms of functionality and usefulness the device was very much accepted by the student respondents while the experts perceived the device only as accepted. On the other hand, in terms of safely and maintenance the device was perceived extremely accepted by the two groups of respondents, the students and the experts. In summary, the students perceived as extremely accepted while the experts the perceived the device only at very much accepted.
