Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Technology major in Electronics Technology) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop Multi-Featured Electronic Voice Modulator. Specifically, this study attempted to determine the level of acceptability of the Developed Multi-Featured Electronic Voice Modulator in terms of design, usefulness, functionality and safety and maintenance. The study was conducted at the University of Rizal System Morong Campus, during school Year 2016-2017. It utilized an instrument, a researchers' adapted modified questionnaire checklist to determine the level of its acceptability. The result were tallied and computed for analysis. There were two groups of respondents who tested the acceptability of the project. The first group consisted of ten (10) faculties who had the knowledge, skills and fully understanding on the construction of the developed Electronic Voice Modulator while other group consisted of twenty (20) second and third year students who are taking Diploma Technology and Bachelor of Technology major in Electronics Technology at the same University. Based on the analysis and interpretation of data, the following are hereby summarized. On the design and construction of the developed Multi-featured Electronic Voice Modulator, the researchers were able to design a well detailed assembly picture, and exploded picture and construct a Multi-Featured Electronic Voice Modulator out of locally available materials. On the level of acceptability of the project in terms of design, safety and maintenance and functionality of the faculties perceived the device as much accepted while the students perceived the device as very much accepted. And in terms of usefulness, the respondents evaluated the device as very much accepted. On the significant difference it was found that there is no significant difference between the evaluations made by the electronics technology faculties and students on the acceptability of the Developed Multi-Featured Electronic Voice Modulator in terms of the mentioned variables. And based on the summary of findings and conclusions the study recommended the following: the device should be improved in terms of its design. The device can be re-modeled and can add other features for trainings. Further research could be done for the improvement of the study in the near future to improve the function of the device. Other research instrument should be advised in order to test variables that may affect the performance of the project. Lastly, a parallel study must be conducted using other variables for the modification and enhancement of the project.
