Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Technology major in Drafting Technology) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to design a Coffee Shop Waiting Shed Design. Also, it aimed to determine its acceptability in terms of aesthetic design impact, environmental impact, timeliness and usability of design. Furthermore, it also aimed to determine the significant difference between the evaluations made by the experts and students, draft set of a plan which includes the architectural plans, interior design, exterior design and landscaping and construct the miniature Coffee Shop Waiting Shed Design. It was conducted in the school year 2016-2017 at University of Rizal System-Morong Campus, Morong, Rizal. The acceptability of the Coffee Shop Waiting Shed Design in terms of Aesthetic Design was found to be extremely acceptable for both experts and students. In terms of Environmental Impact, it was found to be extremely acceptable for both groups of respondents. In terms of timeliness of design, the Coffee Shop Waiting Shed Design was found to be extremely acceptable for both students and experts. Based on the summary of findings, the study concluded that the Coffee Shop Waiting Shed attained its objectives. The evaluation of the Coffee Shop Waiting Shed Design between the two groups of respondents, the experts and the students, revealed that there is no significant difference in terms of Environmental Impact, Timeliness of Design and Usability Project. In terms of Aesthetic Design Impact, there is significant between the evaluation made by the experts. Based from the conclusion, it is recommended that; follow-up study should be conducted for improvement in the design and architectural details. A sample unit could be constructed in a suitable area to determine its applicability. The plan detail could be submitted to the municipalities for implementation. And lastly, Feasibility study could also be conducted in every barangay, town or city.
