Dissertation note: Thesis (Bachelor of Elementary Education major in Content Courses) -- University of Rizal System-Morong. Summary: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the Least Mastered Skills in Mathematics of Selected Grade Pupils: Input to Remediation Program. The subject of the study was the least mastered skills as revealed in the Periodical Test Results of Grade 2 and 3 conducted during the school year 2015-2016 at Lores Elementary School This study used the descriptive and documentary method of research. The data were collected and interpreted as the school provided the lists of least mastered skills in Mathematics of selected primary grade pupils. Qualitative discussion was used as an instrument in the interpretation and basis in conducting the remediation program based from the obtained least mastered skills of grades 2 and 3. From the analysis of data, findings were summarized. Findings revealed that Grade 2 had least mastered skills in creating and solving problems in different fundamental operations in numbers, regrouping and non-regrouping numbers, line measurement, and unit of mass. Meanwhile, Grade 3 pupils had low mastery in dissimilar fractions, estimating and regrouping numbers, solving and making word problems, and interpreting measurement. These least mastered skills were common from first to fourth grading test results.
