EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study identifies the Least Mastered Skills in Mathematics of Primary Pupils: Input to Intervention Activities. The research was conducted at Juan Sumulong Elementary School during the school year 2016-2017. The respondents were teachers teaching Mathematics in primary levels. The variables were used to determine the instructional materials employed by the teachers and create intervention activities in addressing the Least Mastered Skills in Grade 1 to 3. The study used descriptive type of research using survey checklist as an instrument in gathering data to know the relationship of Least Mastered Skills to the instructional materials. The responsense were collected, tabulated, and interpreted using the appropriate statistical treatment. The school provided the list of least mastered skills of primary pupils in Mathematics Subject. Qualitative discusiion was used as an instrument in gathering data and basis for finding out the least mastered skills in mathematics. Frequency was used to determine the most commonly used instructional materials employed by the teachers to address such difficulties. From the analysis of data, findings were summarized, it was found out that to address the Least Mastered Skills in Mathematics, primary level teachers may use different effective instructional materials that provide the interactive activities. It is recommended that to improve the instructional materials they msuy undergo workshop or seminars that can enhance their creativity in preparing instructional materials.
