EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The main purpose of the study was to develop an audio visual kinesthetic educational chart in teaching Statistics. The respondents of the study were the twelve (12) teachers in Mathematics, who were selected purposively. The study used the descriptive method of research utilizing developmental design. This utilized an adapted questionnaire-checklist to evaluate the developed audio visual kinesthetic educational chart. The study was conducted at University of Rizal System - Morong Campus during the Academic Year 2017-2018. Qualitative discussion was employed to describe the process of development of the material, while mean was applied to determine the evaluation of the teacher-respondents on the acceptability of the developed material. Based from the data gathered on the evaluation of the teacher-respondents on the developed material it was Very Highly Acceptable per obtained grand mean of 4.74. Based on the summarized results, the study derived the following conclusions: 1. The evaluation made by the teachers of Mathematics with the background in ICT was very much acceptable in terms of all aspect such as content, language and style, design, functionality and cost efficient. 2. This educational chart can improve the ways on how the educators can improve the everyday teaching-learning process and it will be a way to make a new flavor that every student will enjoy when in fact the generations now a day in learning is more on interaction, cooperation and discovery of learning. 3. The Audio Visual Kinesthetic Educational Chart in Teaching Statistics is ready to use and utilize by secondary schools. Based from the findings, the study concluded that the Audio-Visual Kinesthetic Educational Chart in Teaching Statistics possessed the characteristics of a good instructional material. From the results and conclusions obtained, the researchers recommended the following; encourage teachers of Mathematics especially in Statistics to use the Audio Visual Kinesthetic educational chart as an instructional material in the lessons of statistics; use advance speakers that may improve the audio and encourage finding a more convenient way on how to replace the chart on the kinesthetic part, and parallel study may be conducted in terms of the effectiveness of the Audio Visual Educational Chart. Furthermore, this educational chart can improve the ways on how the educators can improve the everyday teaching-learning process and it will be a way to make a new flavor that every student will enjoy when in fact the generations now a day in learning is more on interaction, cooperation and discovery of learning.
