Oliva Jr. TI - Assessment of the performance system of jollibee stores in the first district of Rizal PY - 2016/// N1 - Thesis; includes of bibliographical references N2 - The study was conducted to determine the Assessment of the Performance Appraisal System of Jollibee Stores in the First District of Rizal. Descriptive type of research was employed through performance appraisal, employee's weakness can be identified given the chance and opportunities, they can still improve and chances their attitude can be directed for better accomplishment and development. The respondents are the crew of Selected Jollibee Stores in the first District of Rizal, to determine the profile of the respondents, frequency, percentage and rank distribution was used. Mean was used in order to get the best information about the assessment of the respondents and one way ANOVA was used to determine the significant difference on the level of Performance Appraisal System of Selected Jollibee Stores in the First District of Rizal. The results of the study revealed the personal profile of the respondents which were mostly under categorical age of young adults (18-25 Years old). It was also manifested that most of them were female, with the respect to their civil status, majority of them are single. Educational attainment reflected that majority of them is college level, with the length of 6 months below and performs their job as service crew. Based on the gathered data "Customer Service Skill" has the highest registered mean of 4.66 and with the verbal interpretation of strongly agree. "Communication Skills" has the least registered mean at 4.47 and verbally interpreted as strongly agree. The data shows that there is no significant difference on the Assessment of the Performance Appraisal System of Jollibee stores in the first district of Rizal in terms of age, sex, and status of employment and length of service. However, based on the summary of findings and conclusions the following recommendations are hereby given to serve the purpose of developing a better judgment and decisions: 1. The crew should continue their performance in executing their respective task, creativity and productivity for the future. 2. The management should provide good motivational scheme that clearly identifies policies, practices that will encourage employees to be on their best effort towards the realization of the company's goals. 3. The company should provide program of regularization as an inspiration to motivate those employees who are willing to stay long and perform well in the company.s ER -
