This study aimed to determine the role of human resource in human capital accumulation of Jenny's Garment in Taytay, Rizal, for the Calendar Year 2016. The study aimed to determine the perception of the respondents on the extent of the role of human resource in human capital accumulation in Jenny's Garment in Taytay, Rizal in terms of age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, and position, and the perception of the respondents' on the extent of the role of human resource in human capital accumulation in Jenny's Garment in terms of training and development, and the significant difference on the perception of the respondents on the extent of the role of human resource in human capital accumulation in Jenny's Garment in Taytay, Rizal. The researchers used descriptive method of research to gather information that is relevant to the study and to describe the perception of the respondents of the extent on the role of Human Resource in Human Capital Accumulation. The researchers used a validated self-made questionnaire to answer the specific problems of the study. The data was tallied, analyzed and interpreted using the frequency, percentage and rank distribution weighted mean and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Based on the data gathered the researchers summarized the following findings that when it comes to age, 26 or 30.2 percent are 41 Years old and above; 67 or 77.9 percent are female, and in terms of civil status, the single got a frequency of 47 or 54.7 percent, and in terms of educational attainment, the high School graduate got a frequency of 61 or 70.9 percent, and quality controller got a frequency of 20 or 32.6 percent for the position. Based on the overall perception of the respondents' on the extent of the Role of Human Resource in Human Capital Accumulation in terms of training, the weighted mean obtained, was 3.5651 with the verbal interpretation of "great extent". In terms of development the overall weighted obtained, was 3.6442 with the verbal interpretation of "great extent" The also result implies that there is no significant difference on the perception of the respondents' on the extent on the role of human resource in human capital accumulation of Jenny's Garment in Taytay, Rizal in terms of training and development therefore the null hypothesis was accepted. Based on the conclusion formulated, majority of the employees the were female single and high School graduate. Second, it could be concluded that in terms of age, and sex has no significant difference on the respondent extent therefore the null hypothesis was failed to reject, and the training and seminar programs that given by the company are important to each employee to improve and enhance their knowledge, skills and abilities.
