It aims to determine the Financial Management of Street Vendors in Cardona, Rizal. The researchers randomly selected 30 street vendors in Cardona. The questionnaire checklist was their main instrument which they used in collecting the necessary data. Such data were analyzed and interpreted through the use of different statistical tools such as frequency, percentage and rank distribution, weighted mean and one way ANNOVA. The descriptive method of research was used on the conduct of their study. Based on the presentation, analysis and interpretation made, the researchers summarized and concluded that from the respondents profile, majority of them belonged to 46 and above Years old; almost all of them were female and married. Almost all of them are high School graduate. Almost half of them are earning a daily income ranging from 301.00-500.00 and more than half of them have their own sources of capital. With respect to the perception of the respondents in terms of Cash Management, Cash Disbursement, Working Capital and Problems Encountered, the acquired weighted mean is 3.0, 3.80, and 2.87 with a verbal interpretation of "Sometimes" respectively. With regards to the null hypothesis, the data revealed that there are no significant difference in the respondents' age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, daily income and sources of capital. Based on the findings the following suggestions and recommendation are hereby recommended: street vendors should deposit daily collection to the bank; they should borrow cash from outside source in order to meet current cash deficits; street vendors must compare the actual monthly cash collection from the monthly cash flow; the owner should balance cash in and out before closing time; they must prepare monthly and annual cash flow forecast regularly; the researchers strongly recommends to avail bank loans for planning and expenditures or expansion of the business; street vendors should maintain cash in order to meet their financial needs; plan and control the use of cash.
