LIBRARY SYSTEM ADVANCEMENT OF UNIVERSITY OF RIZAL SYSTEM MORONG LABORATOTY SCHOOL EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study entitled Library System Advancement of URSM-Laboratory School was conducted at the University of Rizal System Laboratory School, Morong Rizal during the second semester academic year 2016-2017. The study was conducted for the benefits of all the students and instructor who use the library and to provide a better and more effective service in doing transactions such as borrowing books. It also serves as a security of the books and the person in charge in handling the library records. The researchers developed the program by using Microsoft Visual Basic 10. Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access as a programming language in the system development. The researchers gathered all the needed information from the University of Rizal System Morong Laboratory School Library. The system is consisted of time and books and the person in charge in handling the library records. The researchers developed the program by using Microsoft Visual Basic 10, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access as programming language in the system development. The system is consisted of time and date, borrower's information, book's information and codes, the information about the Library's inventory of books, students entry, staff entry, book entry, and other such as journal and magazine entry. Based on the summary of findings, the researchers concluded that the developed Library System Advancement of University of Rizal System Morong-Laboratory School: a system for librarian, students assistant and laboratory school is a strongly accepted in the transaction of library such as searching, borrowing and returning of books. The system program empowered the students to make easy transaction of searching, borrowing and returning of books. Utilization of computer and barcode scanner aroused the interest of the students where they interact with the system as a tool of advancing the transaction of the library system in the said university. In other words, the program system passed all the qualifications needed to the conducted study and also satisfied the user's demand.
