EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the level of job stress among staff of coffee shops in antipolo city during the school year 2017-2018. The study was conducted in the coffee shops in antipolo city. The respondents of the study were the staff in the coffee shops in antipolo city. The researchers used a questionnaire-checklist to determine the level of job stress among staff of coffee shops in antipolo city. On the level of job stress among staff in coffee shops in antipolo city with respect to working condition, time pressure and financial aspect the overall mean obtained by the staff is interpreted as stressful. With respect relationship with supervisor, the average mean obtained by the staff were interpreted less stressful. On the significant differences on the level of job stress among staff in the coffee shops in antipolo city with respect in terms of selected variables. There is significant difference on the level of job stress among the respondents with respect to all aspect in terms of age. There is no significant difference on the level of job stress among the respondents with respect to all aspect in terms of sex, position, civil status and length of service.
