EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study was mainly concerned with the level of satisfaction of hrm students in selected private colleges in the province of rizal during the school year 2013-2014. The researchers wanted to find out the factors that contribute to the degree of satisfaction in terms of age, gender, occupation, civil status and monthly family income with respect to the different categories of curriculum and instruction, faculty and staff, physical facilities, administration and cleanliness of establishment. The researchers conducted an interview using a questionnaire checklist to determine the level of satisfaction among the different private colleges in the province of rizal. The statistical treatment used frequency, percentage, rank and weighted mean and one way anova. Based on the profile of students with the different category, age, gender, occupation, civil status and family income exceeded at 0.05 level of satisfaction. Therefore there is no significant difference on thus the null hypothesis is accepted. The profile of students with the different degrees of satisfaction in terms of curriculum and instruction, physical facilities, faculty, staff and administration, showed that most of the result has range 3.82-3.39 and verbally interpreted as very satisfied. On the other hand it was statistically found out that cleanliness has a result of 3.38-3.12 and verbally interpreted as satisfied. Based on the conclusions, the following recommendations of the private colleges must focus on the cleanliness of their school ground and their comfort room to satisfy the students and follow up study should be conducted using other items for degree of satisfaction.
