The study was conducted with the purpose of knowing the different experiences cancer patients are facing in their everyday life, in terms of cognitive, social, spiritual, physical and emotional dimension. Also to know what coping mechanism that they used in order to alleviate difficulties they experienced as well as the aspirations that they have in order to overcome cancer. There were five (5) volunteer participants within the childhaus foundation, located at 1448 f. agoncillo street paco, manila. This study made used of case study type of descriptive qualitative method of research. It did utilize a researcher-made structured interview questionnaire but did not involve measurement of statistics. It is the method of inquiry employed in many different academic disciplines traditionally in social sciences. This structured interview questionnaire has been ethically reviewed by the professional and license professors in psychology. The discussion shoed the different experiences that adolescents with cancer have experience in their everyday lives, in terms of cognitive, social, spiritual, physical, and emotional dimension. It also showed, the different coping mechanisms that they are using in order to alleviate or reduce the difficulties they're facing. And as well as the different aspirations of the adolescents with cancer, the things that they look forward to, which gives them hope and purpose to live. As general recommendation, future researchers, may conduct a study regarding the adolescents with cancer, it is recommended that the family should give support to their children because they are the source of their strength to fight cancer. Even though they have serious illness we must accept them wholeheartedly in our community and treat them like they are not different from us. ER -
