EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to determine the Status of Health and Wellness Establishments and the Status of performance of Health and Wellness Establishments in Antipolo City. The study was conducted in Antipolo City. The respondents of the study were the staff and costumers of health and wellness establishments. The respondents were selected through purposive sampling technique. The researchers used the sampling technique since it is intended that the customers and staff of health and wellness establishments in Antipolo City are the respondents of the study. The researchers made questionnaire-checklist the status of health and wellness establishments in Antipolo City. Based from the data obtained, the following finding were summarized. On the status of wellness establishments in Antipolo City. In terms of location, 31 are in the city proper, which obtained the percentage of 56.4 percent respectively. In terms of types of business ownership, partnership obtained frequency of 25 and 45.5 percentage. In terms of services offered, spa obtained a frequency of 43.6 percentage. In terms of numbers of branches, 1 establishments obtained a frequency of 31 and 56.4 percentage. In terms of number of employees, 33 got more than 6-10 employees got a 60.0 percentage.
