<br/><br/> The study aimed to determine the implementation of the childhood protection Policy in the Department of Education in the Province of Rizal. the descriptive method of research was used to describe the implementation of the child Protection Policy in DepEd in the Province of Rizal. the results described accurately the implementation of the different aspects of the Child Protection Policy through the statistical- processed responses of the respondents who are valid representatives of their group. the simple random technique, specifically Slovin's formula was utilized to determine the sample size in this study to ensure that the respondents were fair representative of the three groups of respondents in the Province of Rizal. there were 584 respondents comprised of teachers, parents, and LGU/NGO. Purposive sampling method was also used in getting the respondents for the interview.
