EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: This study aimed to develop a Painting Brush with Ink and Paint Reservoir. Specifically, this study attempted to design and develop a Painting Brush with Ink and Paint Reservoir, perform try-out and revision and determined the acceptability of the Painting Brush with Ink and Paint Reservoir in terms of functionality, durability and portability. The developed of Painting Brush with Ink and Paint Reservoir was conducted at University of Rizal System-Morong Campus during the SY 2016-2017. Likewise, this study also determined the significant difference between the existing painting brush and painting brush with ink and paint reservoir in terms of the said criteria on the evaluators made by the group of respondents. Two groups of respondents were selected for the evaluation of the project. The first group of respondents were ten (10) students and ten (10) experts. Through the development of the project, it was tested for operations wherein different flaws and shortcomings were observed. Several defects were found, and through try-out and revision method, the Painting brush with Ink and Paint reservoir reached functional output and attained its objectives. In general, the acceptability of Painting Brush with Ink and Paint Reservoir as evaluated by the respondents got an overall weighted men of 4.58 and verbally interpreted as Very Much Acceptable. While the Existing Painting Brush got an overall average weighted mean of 2.74 and verbally interpreted as Moderately Acceptable. It was concluded that, there is significant difference between the Developed Painting Brush with Ink and Paint Reservoir and Existing Painting Brush in terms of functionality, durability, and portability. Thus, null hypothesis is rejected and verbally interpreted as Significant. And based from conclusion, it is recommended to lessen the length. Use more effective and mew materials that will improve the appearance of developed Painting Brush with Ink and Paint Reservoir. And lastly, to get more tight of the bristles holder.
