Cardona: University of Rizal System N2 - This study determined the different angiosperm plants present at Rock Garden. The study was conducted at University of Rizal System, Cardona Campus during the school year 2018-2019. This study was conducted to identify the present conservation status of different angiosperms plants in Rock Garden and also to classify them according to their taxonomic classification. The subject of the study focused mainly on the different trees and shrubs present in Rock Garden. The study also take into account the endemicity of different angiosperm plants as to Introduced, Indigenous, Endemic, and Pantropic species in distribution. In determining the diversity of different angiosperm plants, Simpson and Shannon-Weiner were used. Based on the results, the study showed that the most angiosperms plant existing in Rock Garden are trees and most of them are medical plants. Further study revealed that the indigenous species is the prevailing angiosperm plant species in Rock Garden. Moreover, the calculated Simpson Index of 0.04587583 showed that there is less diversity because the value is near to 0. Whereas, the calculated Shannon-Weiner Index is 3.5345 and verbally interpreted as evenly distributed. ER -
