SY 2014-2015. The researchers made used of descriptive research utilizing evaluate type of research to assess the overall factors that may affect the authentic result of the system. The respondents of the study were represented by School Administrator, Head of the supply office, who always indulge in day to day transactions, Office Staff of every Colleges/ Department of the School who needs the supplies from the Office Supplies, as standard process they will request from the Office Supplies on what they need for their offices. Student Assistant on the other hand would assist them as the admin instructed them to do so, they will be assigned to do the task, specifically in situation when the officer in charge is out in the office. The student assistant would facilitate to meet their need based on standard proceedings adapted by the said office. Standard questionnaire checklist was used as the main instrument in the study to test the level of acceptability of the developed system in terms of accuracy, content, modifiability, navigation, screen design, user-friendliness and workability. With regards to accuracy, it obtained a weighted mean of 4.5 and verbally interpreted as Strongly Acceptable. As to the content, registered weighted mean was 4.5 and verbally interpreted as Strongly Acceptable, Whereas in terms of modifiability, the developed system obtained a weighted mean of 4.8 and verbally interpreted as Strongly Acceptable. With regards to navigation, the developed system manifested a weighted mean of 4.5 and verbally interpreted as Strongly Acceptable. However when it comes to screen design, the obtained weighted mean was 4.3 and verbally interpreted as Strongly Acceptable. In terms of user-friendliness, the developed system obtained weighted mean of 4.8 and verbally interpreted as Strongly Acceptable. As to workability, the obtained weighted mean was 4.6 and verbally interpreted as Strongly Acceptable. After the evaluation, it was found out that the overall perceptions of the respondents on the developed system for the University of Rizal System Binangonan Supplies Office was strongly acceptable with general weighted mean of 4.6. Therefore the researchers concluded that the Inventory system can be used by the University of Rizal System Binangonan Supplies Office as their system to meet all their needs, their transactions which particularly focused on the supplies of the three colleges. Based on the summary of findings and conclusion, the following recommendation are hereby drawn by researchers, the developed system can be adapted by the Supplies Office as their system in managing and meeting the supply needs of the different offices of the three Colleges. Future researchers are also encouraged to pursue a parallel study to further improve the level of acceptability of the system in terms of user friendliness and workability ER -
