The system used Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2007. This system has the ability to provide functions in the development of the system. The feature of the developed systems includes Patients Records, Transactions and Reports. The Report cover all the files of Patient and Staff record. The Transactions contains the payment form wherein all the payments that transact within that day automatically save in reports. Reports consist of monthly, annual, date range, by profile and all records. The system also provides password capability to changed and protect data for possible lost. The researchers used the descriptive and utilizing evaluative method of research. The instrument used was the adapted questionnaire-checklist to evaluate the developed system. Respondents of the system were selected through purposive sampling technique and utilized the staffs and doctors of AMDC and selected I.T. professors. Based on the evaluation conducted by the researcher about the developed system, it revealed that the acceptability of the system obtained an average weighted mean of 4.03, which was verbally interpreted as "Acceptable" Furthermore, it implies that the developed system is suitable enough to answer the needed improvement of the AMDC. The developed Management Information System can help the staff of Adramedix Medical and Diagnostic Center as their daily transaction. Therefore, it is recommended that the Adramendix Medical and Diagnostic Center should adopt the development system in order to maintain the good service that they rendered to the beneficiaries and clients ER -
