The Web-based Information System of Rizal Motorcycle Owners United was developed using the gathered information from the respondents with the help of Php, Css and Javascript as programming language, MySql for database, Adobe Photoshop CS5 for the graphics and Xammp for set up of web server and database server. The respondents of the study are fifty (50) members of RMOU, fifteen (15) aspirant motorcycle owners and five (5) I.T professors. The respondents were chosen by total population sampling technique. The study used descriptive research to determine and analyze the difference between the level of acceptability of the website based on the perception of the three group of respondents. The researchers used adopted modified questionnaire checklist as the main instrument in gathering responses, feedback and information data. The researchers used weighted mean to test the level of acceptability of the developed program. The general weighted mean obtained from RMOU Members is 4.80, the Aspirants got 4.84 and the I.T Professors registered 4.67 all of which are verbally interpreted as "Very Much Accepted". The researchers used One-way Anova to determine the perception of the three groups of respondents. It was found out that there is no significant difference in terms of instructional content, lay-out, user-friendliness, usability, workability and applicability. However there is a significant difference in terms of graphics and multimedia, and accuracy. Based on the findings and conclusion, the researchers recommended that the Rizal Motorcycle Owners United may adopt the developed Web-based Information System of Rizal Motorcycle Owners United and the study may be used by the next group of students who will take up research for further enhancement of the program ER -
