The purpose of this study primarily aimed to determine the Talent Acquisition Process of Ivant Technologies and Business Solutions in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The study was basically a descriptive research method which was used to determine the profile and views of the respondents on the Talent Acquisition Process in terms of Recruiting, Screening, Selecting, Offering/Closing and Onboarding. The researchers personally distributed the questionnaire-checklist to the 28 employees or 100 percent of their population to test their perception regarding this study. The data collected were interpreted and analyzed through statistical treatment such as frequency, percentage and rank distribution with respect to their profile in terms of age, sex, civil status, educational attainment, length of service and position. The results revealed that the majority of the employees in Ivant Technologies and Business Solutions Incorporated are in the age bracket of 25 Years old and below. 50 percent of the respondents are male same with female, and a large part of them are single, college graduate, programmer and have been in service for 2 Years and below. The study showed that there was no significant difference on the respondents' perception on the Talent Acquisition Process of Ivant Technologies and Business Solutions Incorporated in Ortigas Center, Pasig City when grouped according to profile except to sex, civil status and educational attainment. Based on the summary of findings and conclusion drawn, the following recommendations are being presented. The company may consider employee's referrals as one of their sources in recruiting new employees for them to have a competitive advantage against their competitors. With regards to screening applicant, company should regularly conduct panel interview to have a concrete knowledge of the skills and abilities of the applicants thus hiring the best employee who would fit in the position. The company should regularly provide orientation program about the company's rules and regulations for the new employees to be aware in its do's and don'ts inside the organization and to avoid conflicts between employees and the management. Organization should provide in-house and outside trainings for the employees to be able to meet the work standard needed.
