The project aims to determine the viability and feasibility of the business, the proposed project will be known as Malunggay Facial Cream by the following researchers: Parker Louise M. Apiado, Eugene A.Lirio, Aljon G. Raymundo and Ron Jacob Y. San Juan. This research will focus on the feasibility of production of Malunggay facial cream in Antipolo City. The business organization will be formed as sole proprietorship, it will need a total capital Php 200,000. The initial capital will finance the registration and securing license, construction or renovation of the building, office supplies and purchases of equipment and furniture. During the operating period, the normal operation of the business will follow immediate duties and responsibilities of managers and employees will be properly and clearly implemented to avoid misunderstanding. The business will open at 8 o'clock in the morning up to 5 o'clock in the afternoon as the business regular course from Monday to Friday. This project also covered tax and legal matters imposed by the government. The peculiar goals of this study are to enhance the effectiveness of existing Organic Skin Care in the market, to provide organic existing products that will help nurture skin and development more self-confidence, and to minimize the cost of production of the manufactured of facial cream. In this study, the proponents also enumerate some problems that might be encountered during the project operation and recommendations are also presented to become equally competitive to improve the product to stand still in the business environment. It is necessary for every business to meet problems in its operation and will serve as a challenge in the management that will toughen the business through Years.
