This study aimed to determine the writing skills of the Grade 7 students at the University of Rizal System, Laboratory High School for the school year 2015-2016. Ninety-seven (97) Grade 7 students were purposively utilized. Descriptive research design was used employing as well, Frequency, Percentage and Rank and Mean as statistical tool.
