The researchers applied the descriptive method of research involving 67 respondents and utilized the questionnaire-checklist as a main instrument in gathering the data Based on the findings of the study personnel respondents got similar number in terms of sex, single, ages 21-40 and 31-40, college graduate, earning below 5,000 pesos on the part of the manager respondents both female and male obtained the same frequency, married, ages 21-30 and 41-50 and all of them are college graduate with monthly net income of 16,001-20,000 pesos. Majority of the personnel and manager respondents answered that the resort and recreation center are complying with the minimum wage standard and giving 13th month pay to all employees. In terms of occupational safety and Health Standard the employee respondents claimed that the resort and recreation center have a good housekeeping and waste disposal management system, while on the part of the manager respondents the resort and recreation center have a waste disposal system and health personnel in case of emergency. Based from the results gathered it was found out that the conditions of employment of Resorts and Recreations Centers in Tanay, Rizal is Moderately mplemented from the perspective of the personnel while Implemented on the side of employer respondents. Occupational safety and Health standards are properly implemented based on the point of view of employees and manager respondents. Finally, the most encountered problems are privileges and benefits not being given to all employees and majority of them have health problem. It is recommended that the industry should continue to comply with special laws, specifically remittance to Social Security System and PhilHealth for the employees' protection and assistance in case of emergency. The resorts and recreation centers must also implement comprehensive health program for their employees so as to ensure that their employees are being well taken care of. A periodic annual medical examination should be initiated by the management in order to follow up on the provisions regarding early detection of occupational and non-occupational illnesses. The managers / human resource officers must be vigilant and keep the management informed regarding their status of compliance with the general labor standard law to avoid any violations and penalties. The local unit of the Department of Labor and Employment must continue to monitor the industry regarding compliance to the conditions of employment and other mandated laws. A similar study using other variables should be conducted for deeper analysis of the current status of implementation on other provisions of the labor standards in the tourism and hospitality industry in the area.
