EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The study aimed to design and construct an Improvised Brake Fluid Feeder. This study was conducted at the University of Rizal System Morong Rizal during the school year 2016-2017. Two groups of respondents were selected for the evaluation of the project. The first group of respondents were the (20) Bachelor of Technology students major in Automotive, twenty (20) diploma and Technology as End-users and (10) Instructors/Professors of College of Industrial Technology as experts. The study tested the level of acceptability in terms of safety and maintenance, usefulness, functionality and durability of the project and determined the significant difference on the evaluation made by the experts and end-users. The Improvised Brake Fluid Feeder is designed for any type of hydraulic brake and clutch system. In addition it is an effective device that would serve as instructional and productional process, but it is limited only to the construction, testing, revision and evaluation of study. Based on the results of the study the following findings were summarized: On the acceptability of the Improvised Brake Fluid Feeder. The end users evaluated the project as "Very Much Accepted in terms of all the variables such as experts the project was evaluated as very much accepted in terms of safety and maintenance, and in terms of usefulness, durability and functionality it was evaluated as "Much Accepted". On the significant difference on the acceptability of the project between the evaluations made by the two groups of respondents, there is no significant difference on all the variables as revealed on the results meaning the null hypothesis is accepted. Based on the summary and findings, it concluded that there is no significant difference on the Improvised Brake Fluid Feeder as evaluated by the experts and end-users in terms of usefulness, durability, safety and maintenance and functionality. Based from the summary of findings and conclusion, the following were recommended: Further should be conducted to improve the project; other variables should be considered to improve the project and the school administration should take the initiative in setting the use of researchers output.
